Firearms Training Chicago provides firearms safety, training, and certification courses to individuals seeking to understand and lawfully use firearms. Our mission is to promote responsible gun ownership and compliance with state and federal laws.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register for most training courses. For concealed carry or other licensing courses, eligibility requirements under Illinois and Federal law apply, including background checks and legal status to possess a firearm.

By registering for a course, you affirm that:

• You are not prohibited from owning or using a firearm under state or federal law.

• You are of legal age to take the course.

• All information you provide is accurate and complete.
   

3. Services Provided

Firearms Training Chicago offers:

• Firearms Safety Courses

• Illinois Concealed Carry Certification (CCL)

• License Renewal Courses

• One-on-One Instruction

• Advanced Tactical Training (where applicable)
   

Course schedules, content, instructors, and pricing are subject to change at any time.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

Payments for courses are processed securely through Wix Payments or third-party processors.

Refund Policy:

​

No refunds are available; however, the following conditions applying:

• Canceling prior to 72 hours before the class start time allows for rescheduling the class .

• No-shows or late cancellations forfeits a rescheduling

• In case of emergency or class rescheduling, we will work with you to find a new training date.
   

5. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Use the Site only for lawful purposes.

• Not upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful material.

• Not impersonate any person or entity.

• Not interfere with the operation of the Site or training events.

Firearms Training Chicago reserves the right to refuse service, remove participants, or cancel registrations if your behavior violates safety standards or applicable laws.

6. Course Safety and Disclaimer

Firearms training involves inherent risk. You must:

• Follow all safety instructions from instructors at all times.

• Wear proper attire and bring required documentation or equipment (as specified).

• Not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol during training.

Firearms Training Chicago is not liable for injuries, damages, or legal consequences resulting from misuse of firearms or failure to follow safety guidance.

7. Licensing and Legal Compliance

It is your responsibility to ensure you:

• Comply with all Illinois and Federal firearms laws.

• Complete all licensing paperwork and background checks.

• Understand the legal limitations of any licenses or permits received.

We are not a legal advisor. Our certification courses do not guarantee issuance of a concealed carry license or other permits by the State of Illinois or other authorities.

All course materials, logos, videos, and written content on the Site are owned by Firearms Training Chicago or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
